Parent Coaching
My parent coaching model is supported by my years of experience working and researching in childhood and adolescent development. I have supported parents of children of all ages across preschool, elementary, high school, and clinic settings.
Using the powerful EQi-2.0 Assessment, I give parents a snapshot of their current Emotional Intelligence skill set, discussing implications for their parenting style and effectiveness. From there, clients set goals for coaching, and together, we use a structured curriculum to work on skill-building.
This coaching practice is based on the Anderson & Anderson model, a well-respected model created by my father, George Anderson, LCSW.

The parent coaching program consists of 12-hours of coaching, and 3 months of bi-weekly follow up. Coaching begins with the EQi-2.0 assessment and client-directed goal setting.
